what do you qualify a uber bull as?

Someone who states that the house prices can only ever go up (both in and short and long term) AND labels anyone who disagrees with them as unqualified/underpaid/poor/lonely.

To be fair if you set yourself up as a bull and posted you would find out it is fairly even :) (I could give you some names I have had a lot of trouble with)

I dont doubt it for a second. However today after reading some of the previous extremely bullish posts I've got my bear head on...

It's not our fault if you can't afford a house. Maybe retrain in something, or get yourself a bird and buy together?

c_rap like that doesnt help anyone

that's fair enough and can't be denied.

have you seen the amount of rubbish and nonsense that Dan gets from these people?
he's probably very tired of it and can't be bothered with these people anymore.

There is not one single person on here that believes "house prices can only go up"

I dont to be honest, but then again i dont really pay attention. I can tho fully understand how someone would lose patience if they're getting grief

So do you think average prices will fall further over the next year to 2 years?

too many bulls (or whatever you want to call them) on here who seem to derive greatest happiness from the earnest wish that bears on here never own property

I don't think I have ever seen a bullish poster on this forum suggest that a bear not being able to afford a certain property made them derive greatest happiness.

The closest I have seen are posts from bullish members that some bears may be missing the boat and that some bears are eternal pessimists.

I don' think the two could be easily confused?
