Looks like they're obviously having a run on the Wilmslow cases because my cheque for just over £8300 has just arrived! :j I can't believe that after all this time it's finally over. Thank you soooooo much to everyone for all the advice over the past couple of years. :beer:0

Hi Im a newbie on here. I am just about to make a reclaim on my PPI from picture finance. I received a letter a few months ago stating that webb resolutions had taken over my loan???
Then a cold caller rang my house asking if i wanted to reclaim my PPI. I was dubious as they took 25% of the refund? This has led me to look into the situationa nd seemingly there is lots on picture finance and similar companies?? dont know what to do or where to start but if anyone has any advice would be majorly grateful?????
Help???

Tell the cold caller to sod off. You don't need a third party, there's nothing they can do that you can't.

Hi everyone, I am just starting out with a claim for ppi from Picture (now via fscs). I wrote to picture with a letter template from this site. I have now recieved forms from fscs and I am in process of completing them.
I would be interested to hear what you guys put down for the reasons you felt you had been misold your ppi.
I had a loan in march of 2006 and the ppi was around £2,600 and we topped up that loan (stupidly) in October of that year with a ppi of £5, 800. Can anybody work out roughly what I would get back.
I am hoping once I have sent my forms off that it will not take to long.
I have gained lots of encourgement readin all your stories.:T0 -

Oh !!!!!!!! Twice now Deloittes have written to me asking for my ex-wife's details on our Picture loan, and twice I have written (once by post, once by email after contacting by phone to obtain the correct email address) to explain that the loan is not in my ex's name - I took the loan in the divorce and she had never paid anything towards it so it was transferred to me. All of this is detailed in the divorce paperwork I sent along with my claim form.
Now I get a letter saying they have closed my claim because they haven't received the forms signed by my ex wife?!?!?!
Are they really that useless?!?0 -

Have a look here for how it could have been mis sold

Other peoples reasons may not be the same as your's. Just be honest on the questionnaire and don't put things in if you're not sure of the answer. If you over elaborate you could be countered. You only need one good valid reason to complain. If you know your PPI was front loaded this is a good base line to start with. Good luckSuccesses
