I would think it would be the same as FP and the Ombudsman complaints. 99% (although i bet picture will be 100%) of the claims upheld. They are sold similar and single premiums on secured loans and only cover 5 years. Very unfair and very costly. No regulator could find them reasonable.

Just caught up but flitting between sites at the moment. I am on a mission....:eek:. Got some "water" probs and am determined to sort them. (only bricks and mortar ones and not illness though). I am on DIY sites as well.

Oh we will. Just a little more of a prob than we thought but things will be OK (ish).

Can't wait to see the posts after tomorrow when you all ring to see how your complaints are going on. I wonder if Martin has stepped in somehow...:D.
