Companies in Default/FSCS Claims - Picture, London Scottish, Twopart

My case handler told me it was the FSCS who decide if you have a claim when Deloitte send them back all the information.So I cant get excited until FSCS confirm claim.

Remember some of the 1000 were after Picture was declared in Default so have got longer than January.


50 was the amount of claims per week Picture would get sent and could get info back in a week.

It is isnt it? Thats just from what ny caseworker said. He told me that they had all the info from target and his investigation was complete. it would now go to the FSCS and the timescale was then up to them but he estimated I would hear from them in a couple of weeks. That does sound hopeful though doesnt it?:T:TPinknico and everyone else in the first batch should be the same surely?

I was under the impression that it was deloitte who decided if we had a claim, I dont know were I got that from though that much has happened lately you forget.

Still need to find out who is recalculating our loans, they should know by now, if in two weeks they may be refunding?

When I spoke to deloitte last week they said they decide and advise FSCS of their decision. I think I did post this info up after I had. spoken to them.
