I did post, it was 818. Deloitte said they make the recommendation to FSCS as to wether it is a valid claim or not, FSCS then contact the claimant .:beer:

Thats good then cos if they recommend a valid claim it shouldnt take long to let us know. I never thought to ask if I had a valid claim, but they night not have told me anyway

I think they will take the PPI off the balance of the loan, to put you back where you would have been without it, and refund the payments you have made. (could be wrong though)

I did ask if we had a valid claim but she wasn't giving anything away.
Don't suppose she could though - but as marshallka says they are Single Premium so we have a valid claim:beer:
