I got the impression from deloitte that once your case worker had all the info then there investigations were complete. It would then go to the FSCS. Ring them tomorrow:T:TI have a case worker and all the info had been returned from Picture to her I just dont know how long it takes to work it all out?
Yes busbyh I will be ringing them tomorrow. Tee hee:D:p:D0 -
Everone at Target/Picture with a bit of luck :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I am trying to do my maths here if there are 1000 claiments and they send them in batches of 50, and they have to have them done by january, which is 16 weeks away, and they have only done the first batch of 50 then they will have to sort 600ish a week. I dont know if that is right but I am sure our mathmetitian Marshallka will put me right.I wonder how many caseworkers they have working on the first batch of 50?0 -

Deloitte told me, once there investigations were complete, they do the calculations and make the decision on the claim. It is then sent to FSCS for completion. ( hopefully the cheque) they then contact the claimant and advise of the decision.dialysis,mammamia,honey.beaniebabe,saltyfish,funky,Gumbi,Lian,doogle,oldwulf,pinknico,Halpin,alyson,Barloo,jadone,demir,netabc,chickpee,dannyboy,tomgaskel,Lozza001,sandzb,di,marshallka,pengi,lynnie,busbyh,moggy,Kim66,honestbob,tobione,itdonk,arrongborne,thunders,newtonchang,mbones,showergirl, coffeetower,hayston,sappy,dolallytap,AuntieDeedee0 -

I think they can get through a lot more than that in a week. Remember they are a specialist firm and they are so used to doing this type of work.dialysis,mammamia,honey.beaniebabe,saltyfish,funky,Gumbi,Lian,doogle,oldwulf,pinknico,Halpin,alyson,Barloo,jadone,demir,netabc,chickpee,dannyboy,tomgaskel,Lozza001,sandzb,di,marshallka,pengi,lynnie,busbyh,moggy,Kim66,honestbob,tobione,itdonk,arrongborne,thunders,newtonchang,mbones,showergirl, coffeetower,hayston,sappy,dolallytap,AuntieDeedee0 -
dialysis, that's 62 per week:beer: they would have to get through. I think they could do that.Everone at Target/Picture with a bit of luck :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I am trying to do my maths here if there are 1000 claiments and they send them in batches of 50, and they have to have them done by january, which is 16 weeks away, and they have only done the first batch of 50 then they will have to sort 600ish a week. 1000 claimants divide by 50 = 20 so 20 weeks if 50 a week. I would think they would get through more than 50 a week though. Its just a matter of signing them off really as they were all single premiums.;)Everone at Target/Picture with a bit of luck :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I am trying to do my maths here if there are 1000 claiments and they send them in batches of 50, and they have to have them done by january, which is 16 weeks away, and they have only done the first batch of 50 then they will have to sort 600ish a week.
