I'm kinda angry this afternoon, deloitte has sent me a letter saying I hadn't completed parts c and d of the form and have highlighted the parts I have apparently missed, however when I checked the copy I took before we sent it, those parts have in fact been filled in! Now I can't get hold of the lady looking after my case!
This is just like them!
Photo-copy and re-send just in case, I know its a right pain, but I remember having to send everything at least twice, and meanwhile you will get hold of her, good luck xThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
I managed to get hold of person looking after my case. All was explained, by her however they say they haven't got enough evidence that netloans sold me the ppi! After an afternoon of phone call after phone call trying to track down who had the original paperwork, I might finally have something I will be able to sent as concrete proof. Just need to wait for it to arrive now! Can't believe how frustrating this is, I almost had tears and remembered this is why I didn't send this in to fscs sooner. I honestly feel really disheartened tonight.0

Oh blimey I am so sorry about that!
Hope this arrives soon and as soon as it does send them a copy, they should then continue from there. x;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Thanks di, I'm going to do it as soon as the lender sends it. I'm not giving up on this, the girl at fscs was really helpful and told me to send in everything I could get so that they could look at it again. It's really frustrating when you know it was the broker that made you take the ppi and yet at the minute there is no solid proof!0

Good luck honey and I'm sure when you send this in it will all be fine.
It can be difficult to get copies of paperwork from the broker as well if they no longer active, but with mine I requested them from the actual lender and the FSCS used them, as they required the details of the calculations.
You will be fine x;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Hi everyone,
Hoping someone could help. After sending my ppi claim to FSCS last week, I got a letter through the post today from Deloitte. I was sure as it was so soon, that it was going to be an unsuccessful letter. However, it wasn't and I am hoping you can help by looking at what was said in the letter is just a standard reply or if it actually means anything! You have submitted a compensation claim to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme ("FSCS"). To try to minimise the delay in assessing your claim, FSCS has forwarded your claim on to Deloitte to begin processing your claim.
We can confirm that we have received your application form form the FSCS for your claim against the Firm and the initial reviews have now been completed.
We will begin processing your claim shortly and will contact you should any further information be required.
Now, part of me reads this letter and just thinks it is a standard "we've received your forms" reply. But, the fact that they have said they have completed their initial reviews has made me think that it might be promising?
Anyone have a similar experience?
Thanks

Hi Charlie
That is fine and is a standard letter, but good news as well, the fscs passed on your claim to deloittes and once they have completed, they will pass your details back to the FSCS in order to pay your refund.
Good luck and hope you receive some good news in the post soon.
Deloittes may also ask for further info if requested.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Great news, well done! That's good to hear. I hope ours is as speedy then, the questionnaire was sent in about a week and a half ago.
Would you mind giving a breakdown of your payment? I have no idea how much to expect (if we are successful that is!!).
Our PPI was £7,200 and we have had it for 4 years, with 3 no claims rebates totalling just under £3000 I think.0
