    Update.....

    Came home today to find an envelope from the FSCS and






    A CHEQUE FOR £8765.40

    Massive massive thanks to all on this thread who gave their time and expertise so generously. I would NEVER have thought I was entitled to compensation if I had not read this thread.

    I submitted my completed form at the beginning of September so around 9-10 weeks from start to finish. Can't say better than that.

    Once again, thanks to all of you lovely people and good luck to those still waiting.

    Now we need to have a good think about the best place to spend it...It will make a big dent in our remaining debts.

    A quick question Di...we've had one NCB payout so far. If I keep the policy going, will I still be entitled to payouts 2 and 3? The letter doesn't really say...

    I am not sure on this bit but someone will know, with mine it was settled/paid off before we got to that stage.
    I assume you would so hopefully someone will confirm on this for you XXXX;)

    I think I am correct in saying if you keep the Insurance running you WILL be entitled to future NCBs. If you have rcd one can't see why you wont receive other 2.
