Didn't have policy number just a piece of paper saying "please take this as proof of your Certificate of Insurance". Found someone who helped us find the info from picture.
But it was difficult!!! Sent Policy Number in and it immediatly re-opened the case!

That's good news, if deloittes have passed this back to the FSCS, it should just be checked over and the arrangement of the payment will be made.:j:beer:The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hiya
With mine it was a little different really, but as soon as the company were declared in default it was a matter of a few weeks of them paying out.
When I put in a claim with the FSCS, even though the actual company called Twopart ltd dissolved the year before, it was not until last September that they were actually declared in default with the FSCS.
So for instance I put in my claim about July 2008, and it paid out early November 2009.
But as the company your already making a claim for are already in default yours should therefore get paid out any time now.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
