I wasnt holding out much hope to get anything at all, when i phoned last Friday the woman dealing with our claim at Deloittes was no longer there and they didnt know who was dealing with our case anymore, but it had been passed to the claim handler, so was expecting another few weeks to be told that we didnt qualify, so its a massive relief to know that it is on it way.
When I phoned as soon as she told me the check was on its way i pretty much hung up ! lol was so excited my husband had to phone back and ask how much we were getting back lol :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Its a very exciting moment :T:T:beer:

Just received a letter from Deloitte to say that they have received my application form from FSCS and "the initial reviews have now been completed".

They also say "we will begin processing your claim shortly" so fingers crossed it all goes smoothly. From what Skeeterwckt said, I might be looking at around 6 weeks??

    Cool, and great news.:T

I have a feeling it will be sooner than 6 weeks.;)

    Yes fingers crossed.

There are claims handlers with both, but from what I remember its with the claims handler from deloittes to the FSCS handler before checking then they should pay out.;)
