To what I know of everyone who have put in for a reclaim so far have been paid out by the FSCS.;)

Just received a letter from Deloitte to say that they have received my application form from FSCS and "the initial reviews have now been completed".
They also say "we will begin processing your claim shortly" so fingers crossed it all goes smoothly. From what Skeeterwckt said, I might be looking at around 6 weeks??YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)

I think it depends on how quickly picture or whoever you are claiming from send the info deloittes need to them, i did read someone i think it was auntiedeedee and it only took four weeks for her to get the cheque.0 -
Hi mines was recieved by fscs on 27th July! Was told last tues that mines was being passed to a claims handler so hopefully mines will b quick now!! Was urs only at the claims officer for a week? Are they sending the cheques in batches? L0

I dont know how long it was with the claims handler, i have been ringing deloittes every friday, but this friday couldnt get through so spoke to fscs which is when they told me the cheque was due to be sent out on the 8th september, so thinking about that it sounds like they probably print off in batches doesnt it ?0

Hiya
Its been almost a year now since mine paid out, but if I remember correctly they did mostly send cheques out in batches, I assume its cheaper for them that way.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
