You will still get your NCB if you don't default. If you get the first one before your claim is settled, FSCS have been deducting this, from the settlement figure. But as for the further NCB I am sure you get to keep that. I assume this is paid by the Insurers, others on here have got it back even though PICTURE are in Default, the insurance terms still apply as you are still paying for it with your loan.

I hope it won't be long now.

Ours went to the FSCS on the Friday & we had our cheque the following Saturday

Ours wasn't classed as a priority case.

i have rang fscs today and my file has been returned to them yest and now i will have to wait a few weeks for them to reply to me to say yes or no???

i work in a call centre myself and i would never be as rude as these people are when u call through.

It is alot of money people are enquirying about!

Hopefully you won't be waiting any longer than two weeks, now it is with FSCS.

hopefully not - i need to do alot with this money if i get any like everyone else.

Just called fscs for an update and was told that cheque will be sent in chq run on the 29/03.
I can't believe it!
Did ask how much for but they can't give me that info. Never mind just glad its a chq.

Will let you know when it arrives.
