i have called again to the fscs for the update that i asked for last friday and have been told by a rude woman that it is with their outing team @deloittes@ and they are still awaiting for a decision from them.

confused is the word for me today then as i had been told i would be getting something back by someone before at the fscs and it was with the legal team with regards to the ncb. Evrytime i call never a straight ansa.

Drives me insane how they mess people around.

Sappy all I can say is I sincerely empathize with you on this one, I have completely given up with mine I have no idea who has it (if anybody does have it) and even less idea what the bloody hell is going on with it all do littles can tell me it's gone to someone to be signed I think I had lost the will to live at this point of the conversation. I have decided that if a cheque does turn up it will in it's own time I don't think that this is a sort of time known to me but we will wait and see.

Well I have tried again this morning and spoke to deloittes, for a change as got someone that was kinda helpful. he said it will be back with the fscs in one to two weeks time and i should give the fscs a call then and they can confirm how much i will be getting back if any. They never tell u anything for definate hey. but if i can get an ansa either way in around two weeks time i will be happy with that!!

Good luck with this Sappy hope you won't have to wait much longer, although it finally looks like the ball is rolling for you.:T, fingers crossed next week they will have another update for you.;)

Thank you - just hoping it is the end for all of us v soon. I do not hold out much hope as all of their timescales given to me so far have been wrong lol. but we shall see x

Well done and many congrats coffeetower spend it wisely, the only thing is it seems I'm still bloody waiting I really am feeling very !!!!!! today no bloody money,!!!!ing down with rain and a stroppy 7 year old that thinks money grows on trees and is not happy because I won't let him go to the cinema and have a mcdonalds because.
I was told that do littles have my stuff now so it will be being moved along to the next siesmic sodding plate.
Sorry for raining on your parade coffeetower it's just a real !!!!!! day and this has been dragging on a while now

Hi bodkins,
I know you are feeling really down but I am sure you will hear something soon. i know it is easy for me to say, but I know exactly what you are going through. Please try to stay postitive, no matter how hard it may seem at the moment. I'm sure the light is there at the end of the the tunnel now and you won't be waiting too much longer.
Nobody has lost on the Picture claim, so there is no reason why you should. I just long for the day I can add your name to my siggy, and i'm sure it won't be long before I can.
Please try to keep positive, your day will come very soon.

PS. rant as much as you want, it does help:eek: and none of us here mind one little bit, just try to hang on in there and i'm sure it won't be too long before you can treat your "stroppy seven year old" - kids hey, oh to be young again, no worries!!!!
