  • After some advice....anyone...I'm looking to put in a claim for the PPI on my Picture loan. I've got the template letters but with Picture now in default I'm not sure who/where it needs to be addressed, does nyone know?

    Hi Kitty and welcome.

Do not worry about a template letter, you need to contact the Financial ombudsman service (FSCS) and make a claim through these, you then fill in all your particulars with these, as they are already in default you should not be waiting as long as many have, as some made a claim through the FSCS before they went into default.
So ring the FSCS here below to request for a claim form, good luck, please keep us posted and ask for any help anytime.;)

I would think if you weren't successful then deloittes would have informed you.

    Shouldn't be too long now
