I had to refill in the form to add my partners details, Anna sent me a copy of the form I had already completed to add the details, may well be the same for you once it arrives. Make sure your parntner signs the second applicant bit on the who do you want the cheque made out too question I missed it on mine.

I feel sure everything will be ok. you have the same reasons as we all did. Don't worry about thinking it was just single cover. You have other reasons apart from this.

I was hoping they would do this. Showergirl will be relieved when she gets back and reads your post. I think it will put her mind at ease.

Did you have to refill the whole form

I have had the post today and there is nothing from Deloittes:mad:

I was thinking of getting my partner to sign the second lot of forms to be on the safe side.

How long did it take to settle your claim once you sent these forms back

I should have wrote amend instead of refill, I got back a copy of my original application and just had to add in the missing details and get my partner to sign in the appropriate places. I missed one part of that when I sent it back Anna emailed me a scan of the page I had missed for me to sign and send back, so even if you get a blank form she should be able to email a scan of your original so you can put down the same reasons.

My claim is still ongoing but I know its back with the FCSC now so should be sorted soon, I sent my amended form in early January but I its been held up with everyones due to the NCD issue.

If Annas saying she will send it straight onto the FSCS once you return the form it sounds like everything is complete on your claim and just needs the admin of the form being filled in properly.

I would try not to worry showergirl, sounds as though once the from is back wih them, you shouldn't be to long;)

I think I will see what comes in the post. I may also get my partner to sign as well just in case.

Yes, I think you will both have to sign the amended form
