Spoke to FSCS today (re Picture claim) and they tell me I will be 'hearing' from them within 7-10 days. He would / could not give me any details other than it was the 'conclusion' of the claim. Getting REAL nervous now!!!
He said they are receiving info from Doolittle now, so stand by your beds folks!!!

Had heart attack letter with the red FSCS logo on it OMG its the cheque, opened it with shaking hands, crap no cheque its a letter acknowledging my request for hardship prioritization.

However anoyingly after I was told on the phone last weeks it had been passed from Deloittes and was with FSCS quality assurance, the letter says he had checked with the outsources and that they are nearing the end of their process:mad:.

So rang up explained the above and the guy said no its with us theres a date for the cheque going out:j so mine is going to be in this Fridays cheque run and so should be with me early next week:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T

Could someone please let me know the number they are ringing to speak to FSCS. I only have a number for our contact at Deloitte and she said it has now been sent back to FSCS.

Its quite annoying as they say the claims are dealt with in order and our number is under 10 and we still haven't heard back. It has been going on for over two years now! Grrrrr.......

Lets hope we all get paid out real soon...... Good luck everyone! x

Hope they can give you some good news too on a date of your payment, also to everyone else still waiting as well, fingers crossed.:);)

That is a long time to be waiting and wih such a low number. If it has been sent back to FSCS I would think your cheque will be on the way to you soon:D
If you go onto the FSCS website, there is a number on there you can use.
