Companies in Default/FSCS Claims - Picture, London Scottish, Twopart

i have rang both the fscs and deloittes today and both are passing the buck saying the claim is with the other one. everytime i ring i get different information and emailing them gets me nowhere as i just get told they will write to me shortly.

Anyone else getting the same?

Deloittes have said their is a query with the claim that has gone back to the fscs but will not give any information on what the query is. Who claim is this!!

Yes you can say that again, I think this is something we have all been told in the past, and the ongoing ones like yours being told the same.

Don't worry sappy. the same happened with mine. Apparantley the figures didn't add up and had to be re-checked. Everything was fine in the end.

thanks - just like to know what is happening and also when there will be an end to all of this.

I will like everyone have to be patient but will be riniging them more often to chase things up.

I was always ringing them up sappy. Patience certainly isn't one of my virtues:D

HI Sappy ive been messed about aswell it seems to be the thing they go through with a few people mines still going on aswell and its been forever dont worry we will get there in the end fingers crossed

Delloittes rang me on wednesday to awnser one final question about what i still owe to picture. Now my file has been sent back to the fscs and so they say will recive a full response in 1-3 weeks. i am pretty convinced though that mine has been hung out due to cashback is due in 2 weeks and i bet if they pay me anything that the cashback will get deucted from the claim.Hopefully not as it 3k

I do hope you get a decision before your NCB is due. Hopefully the NCB debate will rule in your favour

I wonder what the final decision has been regarding NCB. I don't think there have been any pay outs since they revisited their rules regarding it.

Has anyone found out?

Sent my forms back to Anna on Wednesday.
Have checked track and trace and they were delivered yesterday.
Will ring her this morning to make sure she has got them
