Rang Anna yesterday regarding my claim to be told they have only requested the additional information for the second loan on Wednesday so I will not hear anything for a couple of months. To say I'm a bit !!!!ed about this is an understatement someone has ballsed up big time and it's took them a week to request the information and then to be told I won't hear anything for a couple of months is beyond belief. I HAVE NO MONEY to pay my bills for crying out loud these claims have been going on for long enough do your jobs my house and my familys life are in the hands of these people.

Why will it take a couple of months to get the info. I thought it was sent in batches every two weeks.
Surely if this is an error on their side you should be made a priority

I have rang Anna, she received the forms yesterday and they have now been passed over to someone to review.

She told me if I had not heard anything within 2 weeks to give her a call back.

How long has your claim been going on for? Ours has been over two years now. Its rediculous. Not quite sure what they have been doing as as far as I can make out, things have only started happening in the last couple of months. Twopart went into administration in Sept so they have until March to sort ours out (if they stick to timescales!).

It may be worth chasing the documents up yourself. I did this and knew exactely when all paperwork was sent back to Deloittes. That way they couldn't fob me off! - It sounds like they are trying to fob you off by saying a couple of months! It may only have a few weeks?

Its so annoying. Considering the amount of people waiting to be paid out, there haven't actually been THAT many on here really?

Claims been going on since October, I know compared to some this isn't long at all but in a selfish way its my money and i want it (or at least be told I'm not getting any).
Picture just tell me they are dealing with it and it may go out in the next batch in a fortnight but they have already provided the info on the first loan.
As for timescales forget it Picture went into default back in July so it should all have been done and dusted by now. I'm furious with everyone but the wheels move at there own pace and nothing I can say or do will affect them, its no use getting stressed it only increases my blood pressure and a heart attack is pretty low down on my list of things I want. Anyway hopefully somebody hears today!!!!!

:mad: I know the feeling bodkins 14 it seems like forever this has been going on now when i questioned the 6 month timescale i was told this is only a guideline they can only stick to it if they get the info off the third party in our case picture so im not holding my breath mine has been going on forever just hope its all sorted soon fingers crossed :mad::mad:

Hi,

Has anyone tried claiming mis sold PPI of Loans.co.uk. I was initially told their were in administration, & told to claim through FSCS, only to be told by FSCS they aren't ionto administration.

I've done a bit of digging on the internet, and i can see Loans co uk got fined £500k by the FSA for exactly what they did to me.

Has anyone had any joy with Loans.co.uk, any tips??

OMG bodkins, I just cannot see this taking months- no way. I would be ringing and asking to speak to someone higher. At the end of the day this was thier fault for not requesting all the info in the first place. I would really push on this and although very stressful, I would not let up. This is so not on:mad:

The FSCS told me that they deal with claims in order they come in? So, although yours was put in in October, if there were claims that were put in 6 months before yours, they will deal with those first? I'm not so sure though as our claim number is under 10!

I'm stressing over this too. Just want it all sorted out. Wonder how many cheques will be in todays cheque run?

We need some more good news on here!!!!!
