Thanks marshallka, I see what you mean. Trust me to read the wrong one:o
Yeah, I had to read it a few times and looked up compulsory insurance too in the eyes of the law etc...

I know its only £200 difference but if you are walking down the street and someone came and took £200 away from you then you would be annoyed. I would be if my complaint changed since 1st jan and got £200 less than 31st December.

    Its so wrong.

HI Everyone rang up Target who suprise suprise answer the phone as picture and the lady was very nice but said they are getting at least a hundred requests a week at least and this all has to be done manually so it will take some time for them to get to people so in other words don't hold your breath guys so here we go back to another waiting game
Sorry to hear this Newtonchang, just hope its all sorted soon for you.

Yes it is, lets hope that the on-going claims at least will be honoured with the the first full £2000.

  • Well there won't be any news from me this week either good or bad. Just spoken with bloody picture who despite saying that the information requested was to be dispatched last week they are still waiting for the compliance department to sign evrything off hopefully by the end of the week. So I assume this may be the same for all those still waiting hope this helps (or not in most cases)

Hi bodkins, at least the info is now ready, so it should not be too long now, hopefully.
Once ours was passed on, I think it only took 2 weeks for cheque to be sent.
    Good luck
