  • Not heard of anybody for the past 2 weeks regarding my claim do you think it's:
    a. To soon to bother them
    b. To near Xmas to bother them and should I just leave them to their Xmas/new year break ?

    Hi Bodkins

Give the FSCS a call for an update, meanings as you have not heard anything for 2 weeks, I'm sure they won't mind giving you an update, good luck.

I would think about "your" christmas and then get on with your complaint. I hope you hear this week though.;)

  • Right morning all took your advice rang FSCS to find out if there had been any news to be told that they are still waiting for a response and info off t**!!!! so no nothing to report yet as they cannot start looking into the claim yet. Can't remember who it was that used to get a feeling in their water but I got a feeling in my stomach and it doesn't feel good :-(

    Hi there

Try not to worry, I hear that it can take some time for them to receive the info from the lenders etc, it may be worth you chasing the business of whom they are waiting to hear from up as well, as many of us had done this to move this on.

    Keep your chin up.;)

That was me bodkins. Don't despair, the same happened with me, I was waiting for the info to come across. They send this over in batches. I can't see how you will not win on this. I know it's hard to be patience, but i'm sure you will win
    GOOD LUCK
    XX

    EDIT
bodkins, if they are waiting for info from lender, maybe you could ring them and try to hurry them along
