Hi
Was wondering if anyone has had any success stories concerning TWOPART?
Our claim was passed to Deloitte almost a year ago now! We have had correspondance with Deloitte re info they require and promptly sent it back. They wanted to know how we repaid our loan (re mortgaged) and what our mortgage account number was so that they could contact our mortgage company? Don't really understand why they need to do this?
Anyway, I phoned them and they said they were just waiting for our mortgage company to get back to them.
Not sure what all this means really or how much longer this is like to take. Any ideas?
Thanks0 -

Hi there and welcome.;)
Yes mine was Twopart and received my cheque a few weeks back.
It seems like you will not be waiting too long now then, its at the stage of them waiting for the info from the lender, hopefully the lender will hurry and send these, as soon as they have them then deloittes will get cracking, then will pass it back to the FSCS for them to go over this on what deloittes have calculated, then of course the FSCS will then arrange the payout.
Its worth contacting the FSCS for updates.;)
Did you pay off your loan with perhaps remortgaging?
If this is the case deloitte require this because of the interest you pay carries into the mortgage.
Hope this helps and please keep us posted and ask for help anytime.
Hope you hear soon with some good news.
