    Hi Jasmine
    This is good news then........:T

The FSCS pass your details on to them to assess your claim, they may contact you in writing if they do require any further info from you, or if they have all they require then they will just get on with it.
Once they have assessed, they pass your claim back to the FSCS, and its all go from there then, the FSCS review what Deloittes have done, and then normally if all calculations are correct they pay out the cheque.

    Your welcome.
I'm sure it will be okay.
We did have this worry, but we all had the same reasons here and was successful, so I'm sure yours will be too, and if it wasn't you probably would have heard by now.;)

Moggy I was told I would hear at the end of last week and today I was told the cheque was going out today and dated the 7th.

Is it worth ringing them again to confirm exactly when it was sent? If it was sent out when they said then I am sure it is just Christmas post holding it up. I know that doesn't help but I am sure you will receive it this week.

Edited to add I've just read your last post so see you have already rung them. I am sure it will be with you soon Moggy.
