Join the club jasmine - the FSCS don't give too much info unless you are lucky and speak to one of the more helpful staff.

Don't read too much into it as it just means your claim is being worked on by the asst manager and hopefully you will hear something soon.

I have recently received my cheque payment from the FSCS in regards of Twopart ltd.
This is good hun, you shouldn't be waiting too long now, please keep us posted and ask for help when ever - your most welcome.;)

hi chickpee so have you been waiting long to ? i heard someone claiming twopart got there cheque two weeks ago i am number 86 do you think this goes for anything? i am at my wits end with xmas coming up .

Yes that was me hun......:D.

I don't think you will be waiting too long now, as they went into default in September and you now have your claim in with them, its just a matter of time.
However, I don't think there are as many claimaints with Twopart as there was for Picture.


What you could do is ring them every week for an update, if your in any hardship, let them know and it may be a little quicker for you.

I started my claim in July 2008, was ref number 1, but then Twopart wasn't in default then, that's why it seems a long time waiting, but you should not be waiting this long now they are in default.
