Hi Lynnie, who is the company you have used for the claim, and have you contacted them regarding the cheque?
Did you sign any paperwork with them as that should tell you the % you will have to pay them.:beer:dialysis,mammamia,honey.beaniebabe,saltyfish,funky,Gumbi,Lian,doogle,oldwulf,pinknico,Halpin,alyson,Barloo,jadone,demir,netabc,chickpee,dannyboy,tomgaskel,Lozza001,sandzb,di,marshallka,pengi,lynnie,busbyh,moggy,Kim66,honestbob,tobione,itdonk,arrongborne,thunders,newtonchang,mbones,showergirl, coffeetower,hayston,sappy,dolallytap,AuntieDeedee0 -
Cheque has gone to Chatwins Solicitors. Originally told if under £5000 had to pay 5% of claim to them, if over this it would be claimed back from Picture, just don't know what will happen now as they can't claim the 5% from Picture!0

that doesn't sound too bad if they only claim 5%. Not your worry about them claiming from picture, I wouldn't thinkdialysis,mammamia,honey.beaniebabe,saltyfish,funky,Gumbi,Lian,doogle,oldwulf,pinknico,Halpin,alyson,Barloo,jadone,demir,netabc,chickpee,dannyboy,tomgaskel,Lozza001,sandzb,di,marshallka,pengi,lynnie,busbyh,moggy,Kim66,honestbob,tobione,itdonk,arrongborne,thunders,newtonchang,mbones,showergirl, coffeetower,hayston,sappy,dolallytap,AuntieDeedee0 -

I know it sounds bad, but claim has gone through so many hands I can't remember the name of the company that first got in touch. All I can remember is that they were a Welsh based firm, and said it would take about 3 months to get a payout.:rotfl::rotfl:0
