    Hi hun
They do say 6 months to cover themselves, but I can't see it being this long.

Like us we remortgaged and settled the loan and they required the details from existing lenders due to interest reasons, they should automatically write to the lenders involved.

However if you have any recent mortage statements (if you settled your loan by remortgaging that is), you could always send them copies of this as well if you want to - to save time later on.
If the loan is still active they will just write for information from Picture/Target.

Hope you won't have to wait too long now, fingers crossed.;)

    I feel angry for you......:mad::mad::mad:.
Hope you receive this very soon Moggy, its not fair that you should have to be kept waiting for "your own money", if they posted this Friday just gone, then realistically it should be with you by now or even tomorrow the latest.
    I do hope so.;)

    Hi hun
Mine was in regards of Twopart limited that went into default just after Picture.
Twopart went into default September of this year, but dissolved over a year ago.

I sent my claim form last July'ish 2008, and the week before last we received our cheque.

But remember as Picture are now already in default while you sent in your claim form, it should not take long.

In regards of yet another company called loanmakers, they have not long gone into default, and someone only put their claim form in a few weeks back and have already received their refunds.;)

Hope this helps you hun, good luck.

Moggy although this was sent first class on Friday I dont think it would have been first thing so I would expect it tomorrow. Others whos were posted on Friday got on a Tuesday.

Claims could still take 6 months even though Picture were declared in default back in July, busbyh had to wait over nearly five months from time of default.

It is 6 months from default or claim being received whichever is later, so for newbies its claim being received now.

As pointed out by the Fscs it depends if they need info from Target or Target and remortgager.

Nice one, can't see you aiting 6 months though. Give them a week or two and then ring.
Good luck, I think it will be sooner rather than later as they at ladt seem to know what they are doing now.
