Really really need chickpees this week or I will have to ring and complain!!!!!

We were told last week that someone was looking at our claim last Tuesday and we should hear something at the end of that week. No post today though.

This waiting is making me feel sick with stress so I hope we do hear something this week. I am still feeling very unsettled about our claim because it has taken so long and I don't know what the hold up is.

I can't face ringing them anymore Di. I know that sounds pathetic but we just don't get anywhere.

My husband has a day off next week and will ring if we haven't heard by then.

Sorry to hear that Moggy, I would ring them again just to double check, maybe they posted out a batchful the same time later in the day before they finished Friday perhaps.

It may make you feel better if you ring them hun.;)

i already have they told me to give it two week if it hasnt come i rang the post office they told me it could be delayed and if it still hasnt come to give it 15 working days:eek::eek::eek::mad::mad:
