Moggy, how long as your claim been in.

I am sorry to hear they are giving you the runaround. I do think that with FSCS , wuite often it is just the call centre you get through to, and I really don't think they know anything.
I have a contact who does always reply to my emails.

Robert.Hart@fscs.org.uk

Give him a try, he is a Senior Case Handler, he may be able to help

Good luck

No, he is known as Bob. there is a Robert Lewington, but I don't thin he is a Senior case worker.

They went into default either the 6th otr 8th August, therefore they have until 6/8th January. So he obviously didn't know what he was talking about:mad:

It is worth emailing the one I have given you.

Sometimes, I think they don't even bother to check on their system for any updates:mad:

Yes we did Moggy, but it was well worth it. Ours (my daughter's) was for about £42,000, very similiar to your. If you look at my post yesterday, when I broke it all down, we have saved or will save an absolute fortune. we borrowed £35,000 plus £8872 PPI:mad::mad:
