Sorry that no-one has any news update on your claims today, but I'm sure it will be this week.
I remember this time last week I was on edge, then by Thursday the cheque arrived........it will be the same this week, I do actually have a good feeling that at least some of you will be posting up with the news of your well deserved cheques.:j:j

Hoping you all receive your cheques this week.;)XXX

God I hope you are right Di!

I sent back a statement to Mint and Tesco today for around £900 in reclaimed charges, asking for a cheque instead of being credited to my account due to hardship and the like.
I doubt the refund will be in the format of a cheque, but if anyone has been sucessful this way, please let me know.

    Hi Putty
    Hope your well.;)

I am half expecting my hubby recent credit card success with the FOS, even though its a settled/paid up account, for them to refund this towards something with them, yet the FOS state they must refund directly to hubby.

You could write to them Putty, because its not your fault you have been out of pocket in the first place.
    Good luck.;)

    God 13k wow!!!!

Yes I have the following charge claims plus ppi where noted
    B Card PPI sucessful £3K
    MBNA plus PPI
    AMEX
    Cap One plus PPI
    Mint plus PPI
    Tesco plus PPI

    First Plus PPI
    Barclays overdraft Protection

And I have also requested SARs from Abbey and Barclays for old loans

    Think that covers all.

Oh and now requesting CCA's too.

Next stop to sort parents claims out.

I just need to be patient as its getting near the forty days for most to reply, but I gave them less time in the letters.

Fingers crossed as it would be nice to get 2010 off to a clearer start without the worry:o
