My husband rang the FSCS this morning only to be told it is still under management review. I have no idea why our claim doesn't seem as straightforward as others but it is very frustrating and I am very worried now.

I hope everyone waiting hears some good news this week xx

i rang them last week they told me to ring back in a week then three then not at all then somebody else said it wasnt even back from deloitte even though i had recieved an email to say it had gone back and that was over a week ago,then they somebody saiod it would be sorted before xmas.another person said it wouldnt,i was sick of getting told something different every time i rang up so i emailed them and they said they recieved it and would take 15 days to reply aaaaarrrrrrgggghhhhhhh:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

So sorry to hear this.
I went through more or less a similar thing over a month or so ago, being told it was sent back to the FSCS by deloittes, then FSCS said "no its still sitting with deloittes", it was very frustrating, so I do know how you feel.
Back in July deloittes mis laid all my info 3 times and I had to resend all the time.
I know mine is finally resolved but I feel your frustration hun, is there a Manger perhaps you can speak to on this, its not fair to be messed about like this all the time.

morning di i asked if it was back from deloittes and they said to me twice ooh im not sure so i said can i speak to somebody that knows and theysaid you will have to be patient ,i said i had been patient enough im not going to bother ringing back i cant be bothered with them not giving me a straight answer.:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

they will be starting to think i amm some kind of stalker but i said if you would have just given me a straight answer in the first place i wouldnt be constantly ringing or emailing:mad::mad:

How annoying for you Moggy..........:mad:, surely they should know, its in front of them on the computer.

Don't worry Moggy, we have all done it, by emailing and ringing all the time, then what do they expect?
You have every right to find out the update, not to be fobbed off....:mad:.

Has anyone the direct tel number for the Manager at the FSCS for Moggy?

Hope some have had good news today from Picture/FSCS. SOrry to hear of your runaround moggy. It is annoying isn't it. Hope its soon for you.
