I'll bet yours will be next week with ours:D:D They have a timescale of 6months frim date of default, and that ends 8th January:beer: but I think it will be this side of Christmas, as they won't want to come back to any backlog

Well put it this way, its in the bank......:D, was told it would not clear until next Thurs, then I can send a payment to C&G, still it will be done with for now anyway.;)

This thread will be quiet soon, once everyone are paid out........:eek:, will be nice though to keep posting me thinks, and not only that there may even be some who have not made a claim yet, and this thread will be handy for them.:beer:

It will be di, but I intend to keep posting.As you say there may be others who need help and are unsure how to go about it I would hate to think of Picture getting away with not paying everybody out.

I think the liquidators will have contacted all Picture customers past and present, as they did with us, and advise them that they can claim from FSCS. Hope they have:eek:
I am also waiting for marshallka to get hers sorted, hopefully soon

Good one Busbyh :T:T:T, so glad this thread helped, I remember seeing all the posts in regards of Picture being posted on the above reclaiming discussion thread, and thought it was a fab idea to have this separate to the others, and it seems to have worked so far.:T:T

I agree, all in one place, and not only that there are other companies as well that have gone into default, so I'm sure this thread will be a help to others as well.
Your turn next week hun......and everyone else still waiting.......:T, would be nice if Marshallka had luck as well, am praying she will.:T. That's right all Marshallka's time on here have been to help everyone and deserves to get all her money back, I do hope before Xmas for her as well.:beer:

that would be great if they did im sure it should not be to long the list must be going down pretty quick does anyone no any idea of how many pictures claims they have had and hs there been any more declined claims yet
