no one should be embarrassed at needing a loan for various reasons, the loans we can manage. it was the extortionate ppi that helped bring us all to our knees. desperate times call for desperate measures, just because people look like they are "doing well" doesnt mean anything, they could be in the same position many of us are and were, there is no need to hang your head in shame for doing what you think is right for your families. i know people who have fancy cars and houses and most of it is on the never never, there are millions of people who took these front loaded ppi loans and we are not financial advisors and we did not have the ins explained in detail, as the companys made a hell of a lot of money from these policies, so they only told us the basics, we were gullible and that is the only thing we are guilty of!!! SO WALK TALL. at least we are wiser now and we can help others who find themselves in this position, and know for a fact we will not be caught out with any financial product in the future[/QUOTE
My thought's exactly amersall. I know mine have learned a very hard lesson from all this. Dam these fianancial companies, no scrupples whatsoever.I would just hate to work in this type of environment as the advisors also well aware of what were doing to us gullible people.
For sure, as I said in an earlier post, there is no chance of us being caught out like this again, so one good thing to come out of it all, I suppose. At least everyone is getting their money back, imagine if FSCS had not been set up. Where would we all be now.
