Great news sandzb - am excited for you.
Rang deloittes back and they said it was showing on their system a ready to go back but it may take a couple of days to go!
The person i spoke to at FSCS was very rude, I asked how long info took to come through and said they had 6 months to complete the complaint! Has anyone got a contact there who is helpful?
Di do you want the number of the guy that I spoke to today - he should be able to check on their system for you and he is in work today!0

Ok, in respect of the NCB being deducted I have reading the FSA handbook in depth now and have found this ;-
The FSCS must not treat any bonus provided for under a long-term insurance contract as part of the claimant's claim except to the extent that: (1) a value has been attributed to it by a court in accordance with the Insurers (Winding Up) Rules 2001 or any equivalent rules or legislative provision in force from time to time; or
 (2) the FSCS considers that a court would be likely to attribute a value to the bonus if it were to apply the method set out in those rules.2
I read that as big in our favour!!!
Any body else got an opinion. http://fsahandbook.info/FSA/html/handbook/COMP/12/4 is the link to handbook and if that get deleted its under COMP 12.4.
If you see a penny, pick it up, all day long you'll have good luck !!!!!! 0 0

The guy at the FSCS said they received the claim back this morning from Deloittes they are actually dealing with it right now and if we receive nothing by next Wednesday is to ring them, before we said anything he said its priority !!:j:j:j
Originally he said it could take 2 weeks but they aim for us to receive everything by next Weds.:T:T
Looks like they are getting on with the remaining of them now.:T:T:TThe one and only "Dizzy Di" 0 0

Chickpee, hope yours is in the same batch as sandzb. xx
I really hope so Pinknico - it's been such a long wait.
I'm trying not to think about it too much now as I've felt so stressed out since that unsuccessful claim of Honey's friend. Prior to that I was assuming we would be successful due to the FOS's decision but I don't feel like we can take anything for granted now until a cheque is in our hands.
I hope all is well with you xx
Edited to add - Great news Di!!0
