I would if your up to it, contact deloitte again and ask them who within the FSCS have they sent this to and when.
It could be that deloitte have sent them but the FSCS have not received them yet, or maybe deloitte could confirm when did they actually send your details to them, just in case it takes a few days.

With not receiving an email back yet from our senior case handler, I decided to email the one that used to get back to us, the one who basically gave us the wrong info that our case was passed back to the FSCS weeks ago, anyway, 3 times I tried and none of them were deliverable, wonder if she no longer works for them then?:o:confused:.

So I found another from one of the letters we received from them before, she is out of office until next week as confirmed by her automated email response, but she did leave details of someone else, so emailed this other one as stated on the automated response.

Here's hoping to hear at least something as its Friday.

just phoned fscs and was informed a decision was made and has posted out today fingers crossed it comes with good news tomorrow

Very good........:T:T, think I will get my hubby to ring them to ask if they received anything from deloittes yet, not getting anywhere getting through to them, or no emails back up to now - and we emailed days ago.

I think we have all felt on edge since we heard that someone's claim was unsuccessful but hopefully we would have heard by now if that was the case.

I'm keeping everything crossed for you.
