i hope not we thought it would have at least gone back to the fscs now considering they said they have all the info now:mad:they should not be allowed to get away with this, making everyone wait, i am sure they can move faster with this if they wanted to, good luck with this and i hope you dont have to wait too much longer x0 -
Hubby rang Deloittes yesterday to see if they still had our claim for recalculating. Was told it was still with them. They have requested more info from Target and are waiting for reply. He asked if they could give him some sort of time scale and was told 'sooner rather that later'

The wait goes on:mad:
Lets hope we all hear something next week!0 -
they told me the whole process including getting sent back to the fscs will be a matter of weeks:rotfl:Hubby rang Deloittes yesterday to see if they still had our claim for recalculating. I think by the time deloittes works this out, then by the time they are passed back to the FSCS, its out of date - so in this case its back to deloittes again.
Going by the email we received Monday from deloittes they said just as long as nothing is out of date then they will get on with it, but at this rate, it will be out of date and then have to start all over again......
