I keep thinking because we have not heard anything, that there may be a problem.
Last week our case handler said, as soon as she receives the final details which was those of C&G, which they received as confirmed on Monday, they will get on to it straight away.
We have not got a lot to come back, so you would think it would be straight forward wouldn't you?

They are aware that as soon as its completed and if successful we want to pay towards the arrears on the mortgage.
Hubby's union rep is back tomorrow from being away, maybe if we do not hear anything by the end of today, he will chase them up tomorrow, fingers crossed.

SOME POSITIVE NEWS FROM DELOITTE FOLKS

I asked if they had rcd info from BS and this is the response

No, I’m afraid it hasn’t been received up until now.

On a more positive note, we have this afternoon received the latest batch of info from Target and I have noticed your name on it! Fingers crossed that I will now have all the correct info from them to progress your claim. I will look at it in more detail tomorrow.

    Regards,
