OMG. Cant believe what I have just read. What absolute tosh. Am totally livid now. Somebody is going to get it !!!! Havent received my letter from them yet but can guess its going to say the same kind of thing with different amounts.
Still doesnt explain how it is fair that Mr Bloggs receives his compensation cheque in November and then in December receives an NCB cheque as well. Oh no, thats perfectly OK that way around !!!!! Story of my life, nothing goes to my advantage. If you see a penny, pick it up, all day long you'll have good luck !!!!!!

So you are being penalised if you rcd NCB prior to settlement, but not after setttlement. Surely this cannot be right:mad:

Hi blakeney,
Did you get my PM
Just email them as they said with reasons for your missell, explain the situation with your paperwork. Do you have your account number, if not the bank should have this for the payments to be made.
I sent in Agreement and PPi booklet and any letters I had from Picture. You can always ring Picture and request copies of agreement and PPi booklet. I received copies of them just to compare with my original

Apparently, its all ok if you receive your compensation cheque first the receive your NCB later on but not ok if you receive your NCB first then later on receive your compensation cheque.
Gotta stop now, Im winding myself up . OOOOOHHHHHH I could crush a grape !!!
Was just wondering also. That letter refers to the guidelines as per the FSA, does this mean we can go to the FSA if we wish to take this complaint further ?If you see a penny, pick it up, all day long you'll have good luck !!!!!!

In view of the response regarding the NCB, I am actually surprised that the FSCS aren't requesting this money back from those who receive the bonus after their compensation payout.
I hope there is some positive news for everyone still waiting today xx0 -
Today received same worded letter as netabc re NCB. Am drafting a suitable response to FSCS.If you see a penny, pick it up, all day long you'll have good luck !!!!!!
