    Did they say anything to you about the arrears. Even so if they can see it, they may rush it through for you.

    I wouldn't be embarrassed, i'm sure they've seen worse.

    i also asked if we had a strong case but he said he only collects data just wish we could get an answer once and for all promised myself i wouldnt get stressed out about it all ,bit hard when your pregnant hormones dont help!!!!!!:p

    I have not received a letter busbyh, as the FSCS has settled my claim.
    Is Picture Financial mentioned and Deloittes?

    The letter head is deloitte, but it then goes on about picture being in Liquidation.
