Just as a matter of interest, has anyone ever been asked any security questions when calling FSCS/Deloitte.

The only time we have gone through security questions is with TARGET!!!!!

Seems to me like they are paying you back all the £8.5K and yet it only cost you £800 quid. :eek:

You are going to be making about £10K here at least....

They just ask name, address, the reference number and the date of birth.;) That is with Deloittes, with the FSCS, just the ref number and name, may depend on who you speak to, but don't think they ask any more that that.
Good luck if your going to ring them.;)

I am finding this very confusing......., they have all the calculations and Nemo have given them as well.......

It was requested in a large batch on fri -and according to him the data gets sent back in a large batch and not individually!! This batch of info has not been sent back today yet?

Previously data was requested on 12/10 and they had the info on 13/10 so am hpoing the return will be as quick this time.:rolleyes:

He assures me as soon as it is received it will be passed on to the case handler whom i now have a name of!

Think I will mail him every single day.:eek::eek:

I think there is a !!!! up somewhere, not unless thats just what it looks like, as they are still waiting to assess with the info they require......yet they know all this.......and do not want any comebacks.......:eek:

Never been asked address or date of birth from deloitte or fscs.
I'm plucking up the courage to ring them again (I feel like a child again) scared in case they tll me off:rotfl::rotfl:
