    Good morning.

    Good luck to everyone.

Received an email from Deloittes to let me know they still not received anything from C&G, and they have given an alternative fax number for C&G to try.

I really do not know what the Senior handler cannot contact them direct, as we suggested on the email which she did not say anything about, because C&G will not give them much details to go by anyway, it seems that C&G does not understand they require the full details of the mortgage, when all they have given us (which a copy supposed to have gone to deloittes) is of the rate, that was that.

Will get hubby to ring her when he comes home, to also find out why they require them, because C&G is nothing to do with TWOPART, again told her this by email again which she did not answer to.

Not getting anywhere like this, I do think they only need to look at the nemo details, where we had the loan advance and not C&G......

Di, can you not tell them that this would pay towards the arrears you have with the mortgage. I bet they would shift their asses then??

    Hi Marshallka, thanks for this.:A
We have already told them, but still not getting anywhere.
I still think its silly why deloittes need the C&G info though, to what I know of TWOPART have nothing to do with the remortgage, and there is just no telling them......starting to feel like a record-player.....:o.

I'm really not sure Pengi, I have just sent again the attachment of the letter we received from C&G that Deloittes should have received, as the senior handler did not confirm she had received this from us either, as I had already attached and sent this by email over the weekend.
So sending it again - just in case.

So am now waiting for a response.

Hope you hear something good today pengi, good luck.;)

    Hi Barloo and thanks.;)
Just feels like we are not getting anywhere, and I don't think Deloittes know what their doing either, I think its in one ear and out the other with them, but like you said, it should all be sorted out eventually.
    Fingers crossed.

Just tell them at c and g that you will only be able to sort them out when you win this complaint. I would think they would jump at the chance or tell them you will contact the "whoever" deals with mortgage fairness as they are adding interest on etc for something that they could do something about.....

Its the loan being the one that FOS sorted for you that was the next to this one wasn't it? Pinknico says that they would need the mortgage one cause you would still be paying interest on the Twopart one through the loan and then also you paid the loan off with your mortgage so again through to the mortgage. I would think that it easy for them as they only need to know the amount of the redress (being whatever the PPI cost you for the whole of the loan with Twopart) and then they add whatever interest was payable on the next loan and then whatever interest was payable from the date you settled again to today date.

I do wonder though how they do this as with others that have their loans still running they only pay interest from the date of them going into default to todays date. So if that is the case then they would need to know what your PPI redress was and then calculate the interest from the date of default (which would be the C and G Mortgage as your nemo loan was settled when they went into default) through to todays date....????? Would you think this is correct????
