Just tell them at c and g that you will only be able to sort them out when you win this complaint. I would think they would jump at the chance or tell them you will contact the "whoever" deals with mortgage fairness as they are adding interest on etc for something that they could do something about.....

Thanks Marshallka, I totally agree with you.:A

We have many times told them this and told them the quicker they get the details off, then its likely we will be paying off the arrears as soon as its all resolved, at the time they are saying "that would be great" and so on.........but.......
Just received an email, after telling deloittes about hundred times now that it was Nemo that refinanace the twopart loan and deloittes just sent hubby an attachment email which is called "Interest-Request-New Finance Firm"
They wanted to show us the details they require from C&G, about Twopart ltd.

I just got back and told them "again" it was Nemo that refinanced the Twopart loan and not C&G........., its been written in black and white on the forms and the questionnaire and so on.

The attachment is asking C&G to supply the Twopart details???
How on earth can they do that if they do not have them?

I told Deloittes I am aware you have received the nemo details going by your confirmation of emails, and the details they require should be in them.

All these weeks wasted for nothing, as they have had nemo's details for weeks..........just gonna do this a min.........:wall::wall::wall::wall::wall:.

    Thanks though Marshallka.;)Xxx

Its the loan being the one that FOS sorted for you that was the next to this one wasn't it? Pinknico says that they would need the mortgage one cause you would still be paying interest on the Twopart one through the loan and then also you paid the loan off with your mortgage so again through to the mortgage. I would think that it easy for them as they only need to know the amount of the redress (being whatever the PPI cost you for the whole of the loan with Twopart) and then they add whatever interest was payable on the next loan and then whatever interest was payable from the date you settled again to today date.

I do wonder though how they do this as with others that have their loans still running they only pay interest from the date of them going into default to todays date. So if that is the case then they would need to know what your PPI redress was and then calculate the interest from the date of default (which would be the C and G Mortgage as your nemo loan was settled when they went into default) through to todays date....????? Would you think this is correct????

That is a thought Marshallka, I know what your saying.

The thing is C&G does not have details of Twopart, and deloittes have asked them for Twopart details of the first loan Nov 2005, yet we refinanced with a loan advance in July 2006 with Nemo....., the attachment did not mention nothing about Nemo to C&G but Twopart only, C&G are going to be wondering what on earth are they on about.

This was apparently the Finance questionnaire they sent C&G, no wonder they got not details to give them, only that of the time the remortgage was taken out with the rate.

Am waiting for a response again from deloittes, as I have told her C&G will not have Twoparts details, but Nemo will.

    Going round in circles again.........:o

So if I have this right you had a loan with two part with PPI, refinanced with Nemo who also added PPI, C and G paid off Nemo? The FOS got back the PPI from Nemo?

So Deloitte need Nemo to give Two Part details and C and G to give Nemo details or have I that totally wrong? LOL

Seems to me that they think that the Twopart loan was paid off by the mortgage and not by another loan. This seems to be the problem from what you are posting. I think you need to put it to them again stating

1.Twopart Loan - Date taken out - date settled - SETTLED WITH A LOAN FROM NEMO (AND ALSO THE PPI ON THE NEMO LOAN WAS SETTLED IN FULL WITH THE OMBUDSMAN)

    2. Nemo Loan - date taken out (WHICH INCLUDED AN AMOUNT OF THE PPI FROM THE TWOPART LOAN OF "X" AMOUNT WHICH WAS NOT TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT WHEN THE OMBUDSMAN FOUND THE CLAIM IN OUR FAVOUR AS THE PPI ON THE LOAN PRIOR TO THIS WITH TWOPART WAS ACTUALLY BOUGHT THROUGH TWOPART AND NOT THROUGH NEMO)- date settled - who it was settled with

    3. C & G mortgage - THIS WAS WHERE WE WENT TO NEXT TO SETTLE THE NEMO LOAN AND STILL HAVE THIS MORTGAGE AT TODAYS DATE.

    Yes that is correct Pinknico.

Deloitte have requested for Twopart details and not Nemo's, going by the copy they sent us by attachment not so long ago..... still waiting for Deloitte to get back, can't get through either.

    Cheers Marshallka
This is what we have already done, we also provided them with the Nemo details of the FOS to confirm that one was resolved.

Dates the whole lot with copies of paperwork, the whole lot.

Also had to write about all lenders when settled and who with on the questionnaire, which they confirmed they had already received.

They should not want the details from C&G about the Twopart loan though surely?.......

I have counted 14 emails to let them know all this and that is without the paperwork!

The letter to C&G is headed "Details requested in regards of Twopart Ltd"
