Spoken to our very nice man at deloitte again, and Target have still not sent the info over.
He said all that he can do is ask us to be patient!!!!! as we are now nearing the end of a very long and complex Battle, (bet Hastings wasn't this bad) I also asked him about Policy number and it is the same as the loan- with Sngle Premium Policies,
So i'm afraid the wait go on.:rolleyes:

Target said it took a week to send information over, how long has it been and is it worth ringing them to see whats going on:confused:

I think Ringing Target like what Pinknico said would be a good idea, keep at them, even if you have to ask to speak to the "Senior Manager".;)

Also chickpee, with the fscs I do wonder if they check the actual account details when we do ring. Didn't one of our posters receive his cheque the day after FSCS had told him there was still things to be done. or it was still with Deloitte, obviously a lack of communication or they really do not check the file when we call!!!!

My feeling as well is, if there is something wrong, they should get in touch, or at least send the letter out.
If rejected, I think that would be in earlier stages as well.;)

Yes, I also feel if the claim was to be rejected a letter would have been sent by now.

Chickpee did you mention other people with higher reference numbers?

I was told this wouldn't make any difference. It all depends on info they are waiting on etc

i think a lot of responsis are standard and they dont apply to your acctual case because the email i got the other was also sent to someone else coz they sent me it with the wrong number on first then recalled it and sent it with the right number on so i think a lot of it is standard

    Thanks Di.

The stress is just crippling me now and I need to know the decision.

I know it can't be easy for you either especially if you have mortgage arrears.

I hope you hear something soon too. xx

Stress is a terrible thing, I have been tossing and turning all night. I wake up with all the posts and posters names going around and around in my head:eek::eek: I am actually answering them in my sleep now:rotfl::rotfl:
Got to laugh or I will be in floods of tears.:D

Yes that's right hun, someone did mention they made contact to either deloittes or the FSCS, and was told they were still reviewing, yet the cheque came either that day, or like you said the following day.;)
