I think that as well hun, so they don't actually look into cases individually as such especially when emailing and even sometimes on the phone, again depends who received the email me thinks.....or whoever answers the phone.

I'm sure that is correct, and they don't even get our case up on the screen, the majority of the time. It all depends who you speak to i'm afraaid. Some are more helpful than others.

i think thats the case some are alot more helpfull than others dont suppose they think it matters but its not them who has all the stress and worry they probably think if they give you a response of any sort you will be happy :rolleyes:

Much better thanks busbyh but still holding back on excitement till I see the figure!

Have had to give in and go to the doctor with my cold as it has turned into a sinus infection and I was in bed by 6pm yesterday, havent felt this ill in years.:o

Sorry to hear of that Pinknico....., hope you feel better real soon.:A

I suffer with Sinus infections regularly, since my GP prescribed me Nasonex 50 mg, that have been the best yet to treat mine, the other nasal sprays were okay but this one seems to to the trick for me.
Not nice though is it? and its very exhausting as well.
