I hate the fact that there are people out ther who dont use this forum or will take it as gospel what Picture say. Who can we report them to for telling these lies?

From experience we all know Picture do nothing for the benefit of us. Check it out carefully before you decide:beer:

FSCS never said anything to Honey about having to pay it back, and if the policy is still valid, why would you have to.

WE ALL KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE PICTURE/TARGET DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT:mad::mad::mad:

We never made a claim on ours either as we taken out a loan advance to pay that one off with Twopart, does this mean anything then?

With the insurance di you get a rebate n the 3rd, 4th and 5th year. Amounting to receiving 50% of the original PPi back

Hi everybody just a quick post before i go out for the night, congratulatons to Old wulf, Lian and doogle !! any body know if the case numbers of successes correspond to an order or pattern ?
Not spoke to anyone at deloittes yet just been too busy at work.

Oh pinknico, something has to be done about this. I am going to call Picture tomorrow and tell them what I think:mad::mad: I will tell them I am going to the press. Do you know who we can contact regarding this misleading information. As you say there will be lots of people who will just accept what they say and pay it back to them:mad::mad::mad: I AM SO FUMING:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Lian, if you cancel the Insurance you will not get the £5000 NCB back. If you are only getting £741 back wouldn't you be best keeping the Insurance, as your repayments will only be reduced by a couple og £'s. Ours reduced by £2 a month when we cancelled. Even if you do cancel the Insurance the amount is still included in your loan, so sounds like you have more to gain by keeping it going.Work it all out before you decide, which i'm sure you will.

How long as the loan been going.

IT STATES ON THE T&Cs. THE NCB IS PAID DIRECT TO THE INSURED, ANY OTHER PAYEMNTS WITH REGARD TO REDUNDANCY ETC WILL BE PAID DIRECT TO PICTURE TO REDUCE THE LOAN. SO PICTURE WILL NEVER GET THEIR HANDS ON THE NCB, UNLESS YOU CHOOSE TO PAY IT TO THEM

I will call the FSA on Monday but dont hold out much hope, dont think they deal with individual complaints.
