We have been chasing every 2 weeks on a Wed - Ours was still with Deloittes on 7/10 and must have gone back to FSCS sometime during last week for the cheque to have been issued 20/10. The really annoying thing is that the cheque had already been sent 20/10 and when we chased on 21st we were told it was still being processed.

I rang Picture this morning and they told me that there is no penalty for making lump sum payments against the loan and they would also credit the insurance cancellation premium direct to the loan balance. They were very keen to get me to cancel the policy and said that any future no claim bonus payments would have to go back to FSCS! I checked with FSCS and no they dont.

Are Picture starting to sound even more desperate!

Well lets hope mine was sent out today even though it still showed as being reviewed, my man had been assured it was going out on Friday and was puzzled as to why it wasnt showing as such.

Just has a response from Deloittes and they are awaiting info from C&G re the remortgage! Spoke to C & G who say they have not had request and will not give info unless deloittes have signed permission and a password from us!!! Awiting response from deloitees about this:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Hi pengi, deloittes were waiting for info from our lender and hadn't received it. We called them ourselves and had it sent out to us, we then faxed it to Deloitte. Maybe you would be better doing this yourself.

 Congratulations Lian and Zac - more good news. I like it!

Pinknico, less than a week to go. I reckon by mid-next week you will be a very happy bunny indeed.

I spoke to my guy at Deloittes yesterday and I was told the same as I was last week: all my info is there, but the cases are dealt with chronologically. A decision should be reached in a matter of weeks then handed back to FSCS.
My case went to deloittes in July, so I don't know where that puts me in the chronological scheme of things.

The chap is nice enough and his direct number (in case anyone wants it) is: 0207 007 2638

Lozza, it depends what date it was received at FSCS for the order you go in:beer:
