    Just has a response from Deloittes and they are awaiting info from C&G re the remortgage! Spoke to C & G who say they have not had request and will not give info unless deloittes have signed permission and a password from us!!! Awiting response from deloitees about this:mad::mad::mad::mad:

    Hiya hun

    I am too with C&G and remortgaged to have the lender paid off by these, I chased these up, and when we did this, deloittes seemed to have been passed on the info more or less immediately, give them a call hun, good luck.;)

    Was reading all your posts, how frustrating due to the strikes, its a damn shame they do not have other alternative ways to deal with this quicker, when these unfortunate things happen.....strikes..:mad::mad:.

    They could I'm sure email the decision by email/attachment on request (maybe), and send the payment by BACS.

    Hi hun
    Do you mean with C&G?

    My hubby rang them to let them know that he was aware that Deloitte were waiting for some details.
    (However, as we fallen into arrears with the mortgage, due to hubby losing his job etc, we told them the quicker they send the details, and if successful we can pay towards the arrears), so due to this we think that is why they got on with sending the details to Deloitte.

    Did not use any password I don't think.

    Do you need the tel number for C&G, I will dig it out for you.;)

    Edited: Just a thought, maybe hubby rang the collections dept, as we are moved on to them due to the arrears, but should still have the number here for C&G.

    Pinknico, less than a week to go. I reckon by mid-next week you will be a very happy bunny indeed.

    I spoke to my guy at Deloittes yesterday and I was told the same as I was last week: all my info is there, but the cases are dealt with chronologically. A decision should be reached in a matter of weeks then handed back to FSCS.
    My case went to deloittes in July, so I don't know where that puts me in the chronological scheme of things.

    The chap is nice enough and his direct number (in case anyone wants it) is: 0207 007 2638

    :beer::beer:
    Well done and Congratulations.:beer::beer:.

    So there is still post but limited then?

    I have in fact just emailed the FSCS again, because we were told yesterday a decision is being sent out ASAP, so I emailed and told them we are worried about the post, cos we are currently if any - receiving letters, that were posted last month.

    So happy for you, well done.:beer::j:j

    Do you mind posting, when Deloittes sent this back to the FSCS, if you know that is, thanks, this will give us an idea on everyones who are waiting, cheers X
