Here in Wales, they have half term next week, but it differs depending where you live I think.

Cheers Pinknico, same for you as well hun.
If it wasn't for these arrears I would not worry so much, its just due to a few nasty letters and calls that have not helped from the collections, where we are doing and paying all we can.

I really don't understand why Twopart are not shown on the site yet to be honest, but it was with Deloittes since the beginning of July, I know they did email to say they were having technical problems before with updating, yet I see they have updated with others.

Strange isn't it, they confirmed it went into default 8 Sept, and still nothing on the site. This was the email we received before I requested for this to be looked at as a priority.
    Good afternoon,

I can confirm that Twopart Limited were declared "in default" on 8 September 2009.

As you may be aware, we expect in most cases to complete all claims within 6 months from the date a firm is declared "in default"

    Hope this helps

This here is the email received at the beg of Oct, it states about tech probs,
Here is no reason to register with our website to obtain an update of the list of Default companies. The registration page on our website, are for members of the press who wish to be included on the mailing lists we operate, rather than consumers.

Until they are declared "in default" they will not appear in the list and due to a technical error will return an error message, which we are working on at the moment. It may take some time before we are able to declare the firm in default, the average timescale for such an investigation is up to 6 months, from the receipt of an application form.

The search for default firms is at the following address: http://www.fscs.org.uk/consumer/Default_information/

However, there are monthly press releases that are published on the website, and in the press which notify consumers of declarations.
