Busbyh - neither do I - they were not given bad advise the conterary in fact. Perhaps it was a new member of staff nevertheless they were told everything and were given options to xc or get advise - I hope they don't get a password and log on - but I do not think they were given bad advise therefore FSCS are right. I still think they should keep going you never know but deep down if it was me I would be saying to myself I don't have a claim.

They aasked me to look over their documents and letters received - I have told them exactly what I said on here - no secret, they agree but will try - you never know!!!

thanks for the help, i sent all my paperwork off to the fscs including loads of emails disputing having to pay the full amount for insurance that i had for such a short amount of time. everything about picture whare a rip off.
Sappy, if you need to send anything else off the FSCS make copies of everything for your own record, no matter how insignificant it may seem. It makes for easy reference if you have any dispute with them.

, and of course if Martin did not have this site, not everyone would be aware of all these claims, where I believe it all down to Martin to have started the ball rolling in the first place, even on TV, where is all started, then of course its word by mouth, so we have Martin to thanks for that :T:T, thank you Martin :beer:.

Bit embarrassed about this Busby. 1st loan = 6.5k refinaced after a year into £14.5k!
I did the same appx 1year after,have now realised ive probably paid for something i never had.I dont think i can claim for intial loan as this was before 2005,still hope i get payed out soon the guy i get the calls from said "hopefully you'll have some good news in a few weeks" that was 2 weeks ago!!
I did argue with Picture over my rebate quoting the wording states in arrears,and infact i had just been late with payments and so was not in arrears.THEY REFUSED TO BUDGE:mad::mad::mad::mad:0
