Mine have been with deloittes since July, but was passed over to them before Twopart ltd went into default, so think they just made an earlier start, with them knowing they had loads and loads to deal with perhaps.

Twopart in default 8 Sept, as informed by FSCS and Deloittes, but they have not yet updated this on the FSCS website yet either.

I like what the poster said on the CAG forum about not cashing the cheque yet, mine will be in the bank within half hour of getting it, noone is taking it off me after all this hassle.:beer:

I hope its sorted out soon as well, today deloittes said as soon as they heard from the lenders, which I assume they meant the mortgage provider as we paid them off by remortgaging, they can get on with it, Deloittes also said its now down to the lenders to get back, as they have no control of timescales with them.

Yuck hubby will have to go outside to smoke that I cant stand the smell I am having a celebration shopping day I have lost nearly three stone in weight so need new clothes, new carpets, new car shall I go on? lol No seriously debts first then spend spend spend:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
