    Good morning everyone.

Received the email from Deloittes, even though now they have received the questionnaire back completed from us, they confirmed these questionnaires are just supplementary/just to make sure things were up to date.
Thought I would mention this as I believe that the FSCS are saying to ignore the the forms.....
I would not believe a word they say - my advise would be if you get any paperwork to complete, even if you have already given the info do it again then they can never come back and say but we sent you a form and you did nothing with it, even if the FSCS say it was sent in error.

Hi Honey, that's right, this way its covered, this is why I said to hubby to send it off as soon as it was completed yesterday, also enclosed more copies of evidence they may have asked for again.

    Here is the email here:
    Dear
I confirm we have sent claimants a supplementary questionnaire to ensure that we have correct and up to date information to help with our review of the claim. Therefore whilst you may have provided some of this information previously, I would be grateful if you would complete and return the questionnaire so that we have the up to date details.
I confirm that we have requested the information from your new lender but cannot give a timescale on how long they will take to respond to us.

I totally agree send whatever they ask for, you may feel oh god I hve done this but I would send it paticularly as we have all found it is a bit of a micky mouse outfit.

I found it useful to keep a diary of dates, times, names, convrsations, letters and e-mails, I have copied everything and put it in date order in the diary. It is a pain but it is really helpful if you need to complain. In the past I have done this with other matters and if I need to complain I have found the companies uphold the complaint because you have kept so much info. Even when we took out this loan I did the same - my hubby thought I was nuts!!

Yes again I agree Honey, Deloittes also accidentally sent us out declaration and consent form to us in July, they they said it was done by mistake and to send them back....., apparently this happened Twice, so I have saved everything now on my computer, if they ask for these again, it will be sent by via email attachment.

Damn this is all very confusing ain't it....
Unfortunatley chaps we are the Guinea Pigs in this process so they are making all their mistakes with usicon13.gif

I suppose it's only to be expected with something this complex but that doesn't make it right or any less frustrating! I personally am having real problems concentrating at work and just wish I could hibernate for a week until all this all sorted out:p

I wonder if this is anything to do with something "new" in regards to complaints.

    Cool - can't argue with that:cool:
Calm - depends entirely on how much I've been drinking at lunch time;)
Collected - The only thing I've collected recently is a list of unanswered emails and telephone calls from Delloite's/Picture & FSCS.

Just hacked off today as Picture have just been on the phone chasing a payment....can you bloody believe it:mad: Of all the people that could be chasing money it's PICTURE....I tell you what ,the man upstairs has a got a pretty sick sense of homour:confused:

Add to that the fact the my beloved England are having their match shown on the internet, The Bin men not taking the sofa I left for them 2 weeks ago despite me paying £30 and reminding them TWICE and the ultimate indignity of losing top spot in my office fantasy football league to a Liverpool fan and it all makes for a day that I'd rather forget:rolleyes:
