Good morning everyone.
Received the email from Deloittes, even though now they have received the questionnaire back completed from us, they confirmed these questionnaires are just supplementary/just to make sure things were up to date.
Thought I would mention this as I believe that the FSCS are saying to ignore the the forms.....The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hi Shooby.;)
Yes your right, its so agonising for everyone, I don't think Deloittes and the FSCS know what is what TBH, but its so unfair to everyone, thinking its all sorting then all of a sudden they request for more information, which they were already provided with, - its just like a stalling tactic isn't it?The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
I have checked out the complaints procedure with the FSCS irrespective of claim being settled or not a complaint can be sent. I have sent my complaint via e-mail yesterday and also posted a copy of the letter yesterday. I received an e-mail this morning advising my complaint has been received and that the FSCS are sorry I am unhappy with the service I have received from staff - my complaint has been logged and will be fully investigated and I will receive a reply within the next 10days.
In my complaint I detailed the content of each telephone conversation, date and time and with whom.
Enough is enough!!!!
